These terms have not been reviewed by a lawyer.

These terms govern your use of VodClipsLab. “We” means Unbounded Frontier LLC, which operates this site. These terms apply from the day the site goes live.

What the site provides

VodClipsLab publishes information about AI clipping, caption and thumbnail tools. The content is general information, and it is not legal, financial or professional advice. Pages on copyright, platform rules and permissions summarise published policies and are not a legal opinion.

How accurate the content is

Pages are drafted with AI assistance and checked against published sources, as the about page explains. Prices, limits and access change, and each page shows the date it was last checked. We aim to be accurate, but we do not guarantee that any page is complete or current. Check the vendor’s own page before you buy. To report an error, use the contact page.

Pages built from sources do not describe measured results, and the methodology explains what each label means. No test has been run as of 8 November 2026.

Using the site

You may read the site, link to it and quote short passages with credit and a link back. You may not:

  • scrape or copy the site in bulk, or republish its pages as your own
  • misuse the site, interfere with its operation or try to access what is not public
  • use the site to submit false takedown or correction claims
  • present our content as an endorsement by us of your product

Our content and your rights

The text, structure and design of the site belong to the operator unless stated otherwise. Tool names, logos and product names belong to their owners, and are used here to identify those tools. Their appearance does not imply that a vendor endorses the site or has any relationship with it. No vendor can preview, approve or pay for coverage, as the contact page explains.

The future test dataset

The site plans to publish a test dataset: scores, timestamps and settings from its planned tests. The licence for that dataset has not been chosen. Until a licence is stated where the dataset is published, do not assume any reuse is permitted beyond ordinary fair dealing or fair use. The dataset is planned not to include source video from third-party streams, as the test footage policy describes. No dataset exists yet.

When affiliate links are live, some links will pay the operator a commission if you buy. The affiliate disclosure explains this. When you follow a link to a vendor, your dealings with that vendor are governed by the vendor’s own terms, not these.

Third-party sites

The site links to vendors, platforms and public bodies. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

Disclaimers and liability

The content is provided as is, without a promise that it is accurate, complete or fit for your purpose. How far liability can be limited or excluded depends on where you live, and nothing here limits rights you cannot give up under local law.

Jurisdiction-specific rules

Consumer rights, data rights and other rules differ between countries and states. These terms do not claim compliance with any specific law. See also the privacy policy.

Changes

These terms apply from the day the site goes live. Later changes will be dated and listed in the corrections and update log.
