Contact and tool-vendor policy

How to contact VodClipsLab for corrections, takedown requests or general questions, and the policy for tool vendors: no previews, approvals or paid coverage.

What to write to us about

  • A correction. If a price, limit or policy on a page is wrong, tell us which page, what it says, and the source that shows otherwise. A link to the vendor’s or platform’s own page is the most useful. Accepted changes are listed in the corrections and update log.
  • A takedown request. See the section on rights holders below.
  • A question about a page. We can explain where a claim came from. We cannot give legal, tax or purchasing advice.
  • Privacy requests. See the privacy policy.

Policy for tool vendors

Vendors cannot preview, approve or pay for coverage on VodClipsLab. This applies to every tool, whether or not it has an affiliate program.

  • No previews. We do not send drafts of a review to a vendor before publication, and we do not give vendors a veto over what is said.
  • No approval. A vendor cannot sign off on a page, remove a downside or change a verdict.
  • No payment for coverage. We do not take payment for reviews, rankings, placements, sponsored posts or badges. Paid advertising is not planned.
  • Affiliate links are separate. A program, if one approves the site, pays commission when a reader buys. It does not buy coverage, as the affiliate disclosure explains.
  • No vendor access has been accepted. As of 8 November 2026 no paid tool access is approved and no test has been run. If that changes, the affected pages and the disclosure will say so.

Vendors are welcome to send corrections. A vendor can tell us that a page misstates a price, limit or feature. Send the correction with a link to a public page that shows it. We will check it against the source, and if the page is wrong we will fix it and log the change. We may not change a page because of a claim that cannot be checked in public. Asking for a better score or a softer verdict is not a correction.

Rights holders and takedown requests

If you hold rights in material that appears on this site, send the page address, what the material is, how you hold the rights, and your contact details to this address: [email protected]. Today the site holds no third-party footage, as the test footage policy explains. The same route applies to the future test dataset, and to any streamer who allowed their footage to be used and now wants it removed. We plan to act promptly on a well-founded request. The owner and a legal adviser still need to settle how formal notices, counter-notices and any designated agent are handled.

What we cannot do

We do not provide support for any tool covered on the site. Contact the vendor for account, billing or refund questions.
